PICTUREHOUSE CINEMAS OPENS AT CITY NORTH
We’re delighted to announce the opening of a Picturehouse Cinema at City North, Finsbury Park, with tickets on sale now.
The venue boasts seven screens, a kitchen and members bar. Each screen is fitted with a 4k laser projector and has a state-of-the-art sound system, coupled with comfortable reclining seats.
The cinema will offer a diverse range of cinematic voices from around the world on the big screen, including blockbusters, family films, awards winners, foreign language and documentary films.
The centre-piece of the lobby is a specially commissioned mural from British artist Dale Lewis celebrating the rich cultural history and the diverse communities of the local area. The mural, Lewis’ largest artwork to date, measures seven meters in height and five meters in width and will be his first permanent public commission in the UK.
In addition to the opening, Picturehouse Cinemas is offering a double-discount on Founder Membership, with 15% off the price of membership and 15 months for the price of 12. The first 1000 people to join will also have their names integrated into the fabric of the cinema, with a specially commissioned Founder Members’ Wall.
