Telford Homes wins two awards at the UK International Property Awards 2017/18

Telford Homes has received two awards at the 2017/18 UK Property Awards for its Vibe and Stratosphere developments. Celebrating the very best of UK developers, architects and interior designers the UK Property Awards are fiercely contested across the country, with Five-Star winners continuing through to the next round to be judged internationally for the chance to be named ‘World’s Best’.

At an exclusive gala dinner, sponsored by Bentley Motors, Telford Homes was an award winner in the category for ‘UK Residential High-Rise Development’ with its Stratosphere development and ‘UK Mixed Use Architecture’ with Vibe. Both Stratosphere and Vibe competed against nearly 300 entries to become winners in their respective categories.

Celebrating the topping out of Stratosphere earlier this year, all 307 apartments at Stratosphere were successfully sold a year ahead of construction completion. It received a record number of enquiries from buyers looking for an affordable and accessible location within close proximity to Westfield Stratford City, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and fashionable neighbourhoods such as Shoreditch and Hoxton. Vibe, completed in 2016, also saw remarkable sales success with 80% of the development sold within its first four weeks of launch, and provided the Holy Trinity Primary School as part of its aim to enhance the local community of Dalston.
