The event took place at his Michelin starred restaurant Cornerstone, located in Telford Homes’ Stone Studios development in Hackney Wick.

The stunning restaurant offers diners a relaxed and casual atmosphere, perfect for the fun-filled session complete with drinks and a delicious lunch.
The event kicked off at 12pm with welcome drinks and canapés, followed by the mince pie demonstration at 12:30pm and finally lunch at 1pm.
Guests will had the chance to socialise and later indulge in mouthwatering food unlike anything that they have experienced before. The expert cooking skills acquired from the lesson can then be used at home for making more scrumptious mince pies that the whole family can get involved in.
