John Nelson, an Engineer at Network Rail found himself house hunting when he and his rented flat share parted ways. This drove John to take the plunge and search for his first home to own – which he found in a spacious two-bedroom apartment at City North.

John moved into his new home in December 2020 after only initially viewing the property in October. “I was immediately blown away by the views from the apartment. Being able to find a plot that had uninterrupted views of both the City to the South and Alexandra Palace and Highgate to the North was amazing and not something I was expecting to find so easily.”
