5% Deposit Match

If you have a 5% deposit, we could match it with an additional 5% of the sale price on our two and three bedroom apartments.

 

What it means?

 

With our Deposit Match incentive, you only need a 5% deposit to secure your new home! Get on the property ladder with a 5% deposit, and we’ll match it with an additional 5% of the sale price, freeing up any spare savings you have to help with the cost of moving or furnishing your new home. This will give you a 10% deposit in total, and then you’ll need a 90% mortgage via a reputable lender.

 

Deposit Match example:

 

As an example, if you were looking to buy a home at The Lock worth £517,500, you would need a minimum 10% deposit of £51,750. With our deposit match incentive, you would only require a 5% deposit of £25,875 and we would then supply an additional £25,875!

 

You would then need a 90% mortgage. Under this incentive you are able to exchange contracts with just a 5% deposit, and the 5% deposit match provided by Telford Homes would be supplied on completion to the mortgage lender.

 

How does it work?

 

Once you’ve found your perfect home at The Lock, speak to our Sales Team and see if you could take advantage of our 5% Deposit Match.

 

Your New Homes Mortgage Adviser will then be able to provide you with further advice tailored to your personal circumstances and help secure the best mortgage deal.

 

Offer available on selected two and three bedroom plots only, subject to contract and status. Offer is to contribute up to a maximum of 5% deposit payable at the time of completion and is subject to lender’s criteria.

This sum will be agreed prior to the reservation of your property. Purchasers are required to contribute a minimum 5% deposit. Telford Homes’ contribution is paid to the purchaser’s solicitor at the time of completion. Purchasers must meet the lender’s mortgage eligibility criteria. Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation. Telford Homes reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this incentive at any time prior to payment of a reservation fee.
