TELFORD HOMES DELIVERS EXEMPLAR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RESULTS FOR 2015

Telford Homes are delighted to announce a fantastic set of customer satisfaction results for 2015 following publication of the results of an independent survey that was conducted for the housebuilding industry.

The company is very proud to have achieved a near perfect score of 99.5%, a figure that represents how many of their purchasers would recommend Telford Homes to their family and friends.

We are proud of the level of care and attention we provide and over the last three years have designed and implemented a new management framework entitled The Customer Experience.

This initiative was introduced to provide a holistic approach to the entire buying process for our purchasers, to ensure they receive the highest level of service throughout their purchasing journey. Part of this new structure and approach included employing a new dedicated Customer Relationship Team to complement the existing service provided by our Customer Service Team. This combined highly skilled resource now manage the entire purchasing process from exchange of contracts through to completion and beyond, resulting in improved and cohesive communication channels with our purchasers.

Telford Homes investment in this initiative was rewarded at the Housebuilder Awards 2014 where the Customer Experience was awarded the ‘Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative’ by a panel of industry experts and independent judges.

To further enhance and improve the buying experience, the Company also opened a Central Sales and Marketing Suite located in central Stratford in September 2015. This innovative and multifunctional destination is designed to serve both new and existing purchasers and features touch screen and virtual technology to allow buyers who have purchased ‘off plan’ to gain a much more detailed appreciation of their chosen apartment and development whilst still in construction.
