SHOW APARTMENT AND SALES CENTRE NOW OPEN AT THE MARKET PLACE
Telford Homes has recently opened a new show apartment and sales centre at The Market Place development in Romford town centre. The official launch event takes place on Saturday 2nd February from 10am until 5pm at the sales centre, located on level 1 of the Market Hall shopping centre, Romford. The spacious show home illustrates a two bedroom apartment in Nayland Court, with all apartments in the development featuring high quality fixtures & fittings including all kitchen appliances, Roca bathrooms and floor coverings. Nayland Court, marketed by Telford Homes, is being developed by Pickenham (Romford) Ltd as part of the 3.5 acre redevelopment site on the Market Place.
Nayland Court at the Market Place will have a contemporary external design featuring a mixture of traditional red brick façades with neutral coloured render. A good selection of one and two bedroom apartments are available at Nayland Court, ready for move in from this summer and offer good sized living accommodation. Many of the two bedroom homes will have two bathrooms and a selection of apartments have separate kitchen and living space, with some also featuring a south east-facing terrace or balcony. Several apartments are dual aspect and will have elevated outlooks across either the market square and landscaped communal area or Duckingstool Court. The versatility of these apartments makes the development ideal for a range of purchasers, including those wanting to down-size to convenient, low-maintenance living.
One of the key features of the development is the private landscaped deck area that is nestled amongst the apartments creating an elevated outdoor ‘courtyard garden’. Created purely for the exclusive use of the residents, this is a rare feature for town centre apartments and will provide a tranquil oasis with landscaping and seating. Nayland Court is on the doorstep of a host of excellent amenities, including a new medical centre, Funky Monkeys childrens indoor activity centre, as well as a Travelodge hotel. The new indoor market hall, which will house independent boutiques and stalls, will also feature a 10,000 sq ft Manna food hall with a wide selection of food and non-food retailers, including traditional butchers, bakers, a fishmonger and wine merchant. The market itself is open three times a week and a twice-monthly Farmers’ Market takes place on nearby South Street.
Nayland Court is also ideally located for road and rail links. Zone 6 Romford station is situated only a short walk away offering travel connections to Stratford in 8 minutes and London Liverpool Street in only 17 minutes. With a bus stop close by on St. Edwards Way bus travel in most directions is made easy.
