Reduced stamp duty rates may be being phased out, but Telford Homes are not ready to say goodbye just yet. Continuing this offer throughout August, Telford Homes are offering to pay the stamp duty on all reservations at its Stone Studios development this month*.

The Government backed stamp duty holiday scheme has been helping new buyers save since its introduction. Under the current Government stamp duty holiday scheme, house buyers will have to pay stamp duty again for purchases above £250,000.
