Today, we are celebrating 20 years since Telford Homes was founded. The past two decades have seen us grow to become one of London’s leading developers, and we are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication shown by our team along the way.

We have seen huge progressive changes over the course of the past twenty years, but have remained dedicated to creating the places and developing the homes that London needs, whilst ensuring we retain high levels of customer satisfaction. Throughout the years, we have maintained a commitment to keeping our promises and being a trusted partner to everyone we work with – meeting the needs of our customers and the local communities at each of our developments. We’re proud that this is reflected in the fact 99% of those who have purchased from us say they would recommend us to others.

As we look to the future, we’re excited to continue to pursue these goals; significantly increasing our output of new homes and making a strategic move into the Build to Rent sector to help address the chronic shortage in London. We’re also focused on our commitment to becoming a more sustainable business – having recently become the first housebuilder to set out an integrated sustainability roadmap for the next decade – culminating in the ambitious target of becoming a net-zero carbon company by 2030.
