On March 9th, Telford Homes will launch a collection of apartments eligible for Help to Buy at Bermondsey Works, its development of 148 homes in the heart of Bermondsey, SE16. Through the London Help to Buy scheme, prospective buyers will be able to purchase a home with as little as a 5% deposit, with the help of an interest free loan from the government of up to 40% of the purchase price.
With prices starting from £517,500 for a two-bedroom apartment, buyers need only save up for a 5% deposit of £25,875.
