The Government backed Stamp Duty tax relief holiday has been helping new buyers save since its introduction, but we want to help our buyers even further by paying the Stamp Duty on any reservation until Sunday 7th February.*

How could we pay it for you?

Legally, when purchasing a new home, the purchaser has to pay the Stamp Duty land tax. Until Sunday 7th February, we are able to make the equivalent Stamp Duty contribution.

When you buy a new home with us, your solicitor will deduct the contribution from the purchase price that is paid and allocate it to the Stamp Duty payment on completion.
